Solidarity Health Centre in Lübeck
Main Topics:
Medical treatment
Cooperation with the Solidarity Health Centre
A doctors’ office for physical and rehabilitative medicine collaborates with the Solidarity Health Centre to provide interdisciplinary care. The goal is to offer individuals with health issues the best possible support for managing daily activities independently and autonomously, enhancing their social participation, and holistically improving their quality of life.
Health impairments may result from oncological, cardiological, internal, gynaecological, neurological, orthopaedic, trauma-related, rheumatic, psychosomatic, dermatological, paediatric, and/or geriatric conditions. Each patient is considered holistically within their lives’ bio-psycho-social context. Following a medical consultation and review of existing findings, a comprehensive clinical examination is conducted to identify structural and functional impairments and discuss their specific impact on the patient’s life.
Core Elements of Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine
